Our topic this term has been a joint topic with Class R as we have been ‘Continuing the Learning Journey.’ We have been learning all about food. We have found out about the different food groups and how we can eat healthily by making sure that we eat foods from all of the groups. We have also learned where our favourite foods come from.

Our home corner became a café. We made the food from salt dough and painted it. It looked good enough to eat! You can see a picture of the café below.

In our art lessons, we used potatoes to print pictures of flowers and then framed them in frames decorated with pasta. See the pictures in the gallery. We are sure that you will agree - they look great!

For Children in Need, we made Pudsey Bear biscuits (see gallery). They were delicious.

As you can see above, Betsy and Barnaby, our class bears are getting ready for Christmas. They love dressing up!
